Shipping, Damage & Claims

All JORO products are shipped F.O.B. from the JORO facility via a respectable carrier, chosen at our discretion, without assuming responsibility for delays, damage or loss. Once JORO products have been picked-up by the carrier, the customer is responsible for seeking appropriate recourse against the carrier, with regards to delayed, lost or damaged shipments. When requested to arrange shipping, JORO will endeavor to ensure product is delivered in a timely manner.

Damage & claims
All JORO products are thoroughly inspected by our quality-control team and carefully packed prior to shipping. Please inspect all products for damage upon arrival and ensure that you have received everything you were supposed to. If any products are damaged or the shipment is incomplete, please notify your sales representative immediately.
