Credit information
Orders will only be shipped once payment has been received in full or credit has been established. To establish credit, please download, fill out and return our Credit Application Form. Once approved, payment for the full invoice amount is due within established terms. Past due invoices may be subject to additional charges; please contact your sales representative for further details.

For our clients wishing to pay by credit card we now offer PayPal online payments for easy and secure payment.

Warranty
JORO Manufacturing Company Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser, that the products and components it manufactures are free from defect in design, material and workmanship. This warranty is the purchaser’s sole remedy for product defect and is limited, as detailed below.
JORO’s obligation under this warranty excludes any labor charges, transportation charges and/or damage incurred in the shipping, installation, repair or replacement of our products and components.

FlexDesk or Pro-LIFT stand, ReachTec mechanism – manual crank adjustment: 5-year warranty for manufacturer’s defect in design, materials or workmanship. JORO promises to replace, to the original purchaser, any manual workstation base that is found to be defective within 5-years of original date of purchase.

FlexDesk or Pro-LIFT stand, ReachTec mechanism- electric adjustment: 2-year warranty for manufacturer’s defect in design, materials or workmanship, from date of purchase. JORO promises to replace, to the original purchaser, any electric workstation base that is found to be defective within 2-years of original date of purchase.

FlexDesk work surface: 1-year warranty for manufacturer’s defect in design, materials or
workmanship, from date of purchase. JORO promises to replace, to the original purchaser, any work surface that is found to be defective within 1-year of original date of purchase.

Accessories: These items are covered under the supplier warranties – typically 1 or 2 years.
