SHIPPING INFORMATION

All JORO products are shipped F.O.B. JORO facility via a respectable carrier, chosen at our discretion, without assuming responsibility for delays, damage or loss. Once JORO products have been picked-up by the carrier, the customer is responsible for seeking appropriate recourse against the carrier, with regards to delayed, lost or damaged shipments. When requested to arrange shipping, JORO will endeavor to ensure product is delivered in a timely manner.
