MANUFACTURING INFORMATION

JORO make extensive use of CAD/CAM systems to design and engineer all furniture components before a "series" of furniture is prototyped. All internal and external components undergo further computer processing including renderings, strength analysis, and virtual simulations to ensure a precise and proper fit.

For client projects, CAD software is used to effectively design layouts and to meet the requirements outlined by the client.

Design software used at our facility include SolidWorks and MastercamX, which are directly linked to our array of vertical milling centers with rotary axis and a gantry router. Through our various affiliations, we can also provide laser and waterjet cutting solutions.
